Virgo is a new payment app that enables people to dream big without any big leap.
Founded in Feb 2020, we started with 3 people and within a year, we scaled exponentially to a 150-size team. We have access to a large corporation’s resources and network but operate at the velocity of a startup!
What You Will Do
Resolve customer enquiries, request and complaints those are escalated from L1 agents to be executed
Keep self and the team accountable to provide all customers with an outstanding customer experience (being defined as providing accurate solution in the shortest time possible while maintaining excellent customer-obsessed attitude)
Act as a link between the team and Product/Tech department to identify and analyze roots of problems & potential problems, and develop long-term permanent solutions using all data, SOP and script provided (not just a quick-fix)
Work with customer service management to ensure customer satisfaction being delivered
Compile customer service reports, overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting or tech company or fintech)
Diploma or bachelor degree with GPA 3.00
Able to perform an independent work capacity
Willing to work in shifting schedule - 24/7 operations
Strong communication skills and fluent English is a big plus
Fit-in with fast paced work environment
Passionate with customer service sectors : includes able giving solution, showing empathy, fast response and sincere during talking with customers
